We always provide a fixed price after completing a free video survey. You'll never pay by the hour — no matter how long the move takes, the agreed price is what you pay. This protects you from any unexpected overruns.
All removal quotes include our professional crew, the lorry and any specialist equipment needed (trolleys, furniture blankets, mattress covers), goods in transit insurance, and fuel. Packing materials and packing labour are quoted separately if required.
Storage is billed weekly or monthly — whichever suits you best. There are no long-term contracts. You can access your unit during staffed hours, and we give you at least one week's notice before any price changes. See our storage sizes page for full details.
In most cases your fixed price won't change if your move date shifts, as long as the volume and scope remain the same. We understand that completion dates in property chains can move — it happens a lot and we work with you to accommodate it wherever possible.
Yes, we take a small deposit to secure your moving date once you've accepted your fixed price quote. The balance is due prior to move day. We'll confirm the exact deposit amount in your written quote.
