As long as you need — our minimum is just one week. Most students store for the summer (roughly 3 months) but you can extend month by month without any penalty.
Yes. We collect from halls, student houses, and private flats across West Sussex. Let us know the site access rules (e.g. no parking windows, check-out times) and we'll work around them.
Absolutely. Many students move to a different house in September. Just let us know the new delivery address when you're ready and we'll bring everything there. An additional delivery charge may apply outside our core area.
Yes — and it's a great way to split the cost. We can collect from multiple addresses, store everything together, and deliver to the same house in September. Just nominate one person as the main contact when you book.
Yes. All goods are covered in transit and whilst stored at our Balcombe warehouse. We carry full professional liability insurance. For high-value or specialist items (e.g. musical instruments, artwork), let us know when booking.
